The Show is Back!
Join us and show your support for The Christchurch Show 2024 this November! Operating Thursday, Friday and Saturday (14th to 16th Nov), we invite you to experience an event like no other!
We are excited to showcase everything special Canterbury has to offer, including a range of exciting entertainment, trade and market vendors, livestock judging, amusement rides, family activities, animal exhibitions (Thu/Fri) and the largest range of food trucks in the South Island!

Entertainment
This year’s show promises non-stop entertainment. The thrilling Event Hire fairground will be packed with exciting, adrenaline-pumping rides, while live music and performances will keep the energy high throughout the three days.
Traditional favorites like the animal competitions, Hazlett Farmyard, and Rare Breeds enclosure will be on full display, alongside the Strong Man & Woman Competition.
Don’t miss the exciting new additions, including Drone Racing, Electric Motor Cross, Lawnmower Racing and the return of the crowd-favorite helicopter rides!
